Normal Inhale with diafragma until you feel full.

Umberto style Inhale, wait a few seconds, stretch, gulp. This method lets the blood be pushed away from lungs and you may take another zip of air.

Rapid inhale Fast forceful inhale, may take some training and strong diafragma

Rapid + Umberto style See above. Blackout warning

Normal + packing Full inhale plus the use of packing (like frenzel but air goes into lungs, tongue is used as piston). Blackout warning and air emboli warning (yes you may injure yourself badly and irrepairably.
